Went to doctor.. she said to avoid oily and milk products.. well.... ended up whole day no touch food til now... erm i did have a steam corn... if that reallie considered a meal that is... lol...

I rmb one day i was in tea room with a couple of other colleagues discussing abt ppl taking M.C

saying that NCs have this implanted thinking that if we take an M.C we are never reallie sick.. we just dont want to work... i ponder over tis before i took today's M.C.. im reallie sick... wouldn't want to over-work when im not feeling well.. later become worse cuz they will tink tis nurse don't even know how to take care of herself...

Nevertheless, all's settled.. i still have to go to work tmr... its on-going... life's just lidat...

not that im trying to be inspirational or wad... but reallie.. just live life to the fullest.. enjoy while u still can... dont let anything hold u back... make ur life as less regrets as possible...
