Hmm.. let's begin with my Last shift in WD58.... had a lot of FIRST times.. haha..
First ''cat B'' category B case.. a suicide case... was a mistress of some married guy...
then just cuz he ignore her.. she went up to his hse to find him... poured hot oil onto his wife and threaten to kill herself so she stabbed her chest profusely and stabbed her wrist... haix..
WADS the world coming to??? shameless... >.I also had my FIRST coroner's death case~ Haix.. so unlucky... tio tis shit... lucky suzanne help me out again~~ haha she alw rescue me.. but come to tink of it.. i onie ''WRAP'' patient when i on night shift with her de lo~~ alw lidat de~~ hehe i not blaming her... just coincidence~ ^.^V

like a piece of dead meat.. we turn the patient.. have to talk while cleaning to show respect like to an ''alive'' patient.. den clean up to show the relative one last time til de mortuary take over..
when ppl passes on... they clear alot of shit outta them.. uncontrollably they will pass out ALL the faeces in them.. i believe its a type of ''cleaning process''... i hope she rests in peace~
So... my first day in WD43... happening wor... my patient coincidently is the one that got burnt by the hot oil de mistress poured on her... Went to operation for skin grafting.. BUT was unwell.. Spo2 dropped to 80% on FM6L/min had alot of difficulty breathing~~ we immediately pushed her into ICU.. poor thing~~ hope she gets better day by day~
So second day... my assignment was dressing nurse, so unlucky.. all the patient wound inspection.. order new dressing i had to change all~~ with my partner.. ^.^V lucky de staff all nice.. change some of the patients for us~
Today 3rd day... took charge of 3 patients.. first time ever.. no Dr came to do morning rounds for my patient.. then one of the patient going for op.. after op.. he ''breath loudly'' to attract attention.. his vitals all stable but keep complain of pain.. keep saying he will die.. Lol... the Dr came to review see his name like bangla den say haiya.. all low pain thresholders.. i just smile n walk away... cant be bothered by the pt.. alw do funny things pretending to seek attention... irritating... so that's abt my work life so far.. will be updating soon i hope~ ^.^
